This online store offers only a limited amount of inventory relating to the Jehovah's Witnesses and the WatchTower Society. Inventory is primarily books, but there are some miscellaneous items such as t-shirts, photocopies of older historical writings, etc.
This online store will distinguish itself from others by providing informative, educational listings which will hopefully convince the shopper to purchase and read books which they otherwise would not purchase. Most listings have a "teasor" title, which in the case of books should not be confused with the books actual "boring" title.

PAYMENT METHOD
Checkout is solely via PAYPAL, which accepts all major credit cards. PAYPAL also can deduct payment directly from your bank checking or savings account, but such generally takes 3-7 days to process. PAYPAL offers security measures for both buyer and seller. Refer to the PAYPAL.COM website.
A PAYPAL checkout button is located at the bottom of each individual listing. No shopping cart is provided. Purchasers must pay for each item separately.
SHIPPING INFO
DOMESTIC SHIPPING.All purchases are shipped via United States Postal Service. Most books are sold with free shipping via MEDIA MAIL. Delivery time will range from 8 to 20 business days depending on recipient's address. "Business days" are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Atlantic coast states, Pacific coast states, and major cities in between will probably receive delivery in 8 to 10 business days. Buyers in North Dakota or New Mexico should expect delivery in 15 to 20 business days, or longer.
U.S. Book purchasers also have the OPTION of paying an additional specified amount for PRIORITY MAIL shipping, which generally reduces delivery time to 4 to 6 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. All INTERNATIONAL purchases are shipped PRIORITY MAIL via United States Postal Service. International buyers are REQUIRED to pay an additional $25.00 for each item. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST CORRECT THE OLD PRESET $15.00 S/H AMOUNT OR PAYMENT WILL BE RETURNED.
PROCESSING. 80% of orders are shipped the next business day after payment is received. The rest are generally shipped on the second business day. For any number of imaginable reasons, there may be rare occasions when shipment may take more than two business days. If processing ever takes more than 7 business days, we will notify the customer to expect delayed delivery.
We are not responsible for any partial damages or total losses which occur after USPS takes possession of the customer's package.
INSURANCE, TRACKING, ETC. NOT PROVIDED. Our experience has been that such "services" are more expensive and more time-consuming than they are worth. Every single complaint of "item not received" that we have received was later followed up by an email from the customer that delivery had occurred, or that the package had in fact been received by a spouse or child who then mis-laid such. The only "insurance claim" involved so much "hassle" that filing the claim cost far more than the loss.
Please do not complain to us if your package does not arrive, or arrived damaged. It will probably be delivered tomorrow, the next day, or possibly next week. Be sure and ask your spouse and children if any packages arrived last week, and if so, which closet they threw it in. If you truly are the one-in-a-million person whose package was damaged or lost by USPS, don't even complain to them. I guarantee you that doing so is not worth the $5 of damage, or the $20, $50, or even $100 loss. Life is too short, and presents too many other actually important problems. Take a deep breath, and after you calm down, simply re-order the item(s).
THIRD PARTY RECIPIENTS: Yes, we will ship to third parties other than the party making the purchase. Those buyers who want a book(s) or other items shipped to a friend, relative, local library, etc., simply need to use the "comment box" on the PAYPAL payment webpage to fully spell out exactly where you want the item shipped if other than your own billing address. This is entirely the buyer's responsibility to make sure that such is clear to us. We accept no responsibility if the item gets shipped to the wrong address. Neither do we enclose "gift cards" nor other notes explaining why the addressee is receiving an item they did not order. That is the buyer's responsibility. We highly recommend that anyone intending for a book to be shelved at their local library first negotiate such with the Head Librarian and let the librarian know that the specific title will be arriving shortly.
RETURNS - REFUNDS: We do not accept returns, nor issue refunds. We tried to accomodate such requests in the past, but were taken advantage of nearly every time. If you pay for it, it is yours. If you mail it back without permission, it is ours.
